Alright, lemme try and get over this...

They're saying that the act of selling videos of an animal being stomped to death is protected under the first amendment? ... What? I mean, don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good steak and leather seats, but STOMPING SOMETHING TO DEATH? How does that even have ANYTHING to do with speech?
