I dunno if this was discussed before, but has USmash armor? Cuz Jiggs can FSmash him before the move comes out, but he still hits her. On another note, my Fireball once went through a fully charged Kamehameha... Dunno if this is something with the priority or it went under then hitbox or something, and its prolly not even important to know, but I still said it.

My guess about the kamehameha is that it has transcendent priority and the fireball just fades through.
Edit:Tested in training with Mario/Tails and Goku, both fireball/arm-cannon seem to go right through kamehameha with both characters getting hit, only explanation I can think of is that the kamehameha has transcendent priority.

You can cape Naruto's upb clone for massive salt

You don't even need to cape. Everyone can power-shield it if the opponent keeps dropping it in an unwise position.

However, power shielding it still you stuns you so caping it would be best. However, a Naruto player would just keep spamming the move to keep the pressure up so sometimes reflecting it will not help.

Umm... when a clone is PSed, it's yours. It should not stun unless the Naruto regains control of it by PSing or by summoning a new one.

I guess you missed the post where TSON mentions that the stun you receive when you power shield it is actual stun. During that time, the opponent can just make another one while you are still in stun and get rid of the one you just perfect shielded.

I guess you don't know your OoS options because I just tried for myself and I had no stun whatsoever. I'm not sure if the stun you're referring to was present in the previous patch.
