SSF2 Flasher Card Creator! Not made by me!

ANYWAY! I finally did it! I made it cleaner as in, made it look more professional. Only problem is, I can't get the outline thing with the background like I did for me cruddy one. Both were on paint. I fixed the outline's letters (the ones in my Box you can see that are fuzzy) and made the letters for favorite stage, name, and etc MUCH more improved. All that done on paint, then saved.. So, HOW DO I MAKE THE OUTLINE ON THE BACKGROUND LIKE MAH SIG?! It's driving me insane!

I know GIMP is free, Photoshop isn't however EDIT: Oh I see how my previous post could have been misinterpreted so I edited it I was referring to how Photoshop being illegally downloaded doesn't mean it's free, I already knew GIMP could be downloaded for free legally _________________  There are one million things Phoenix and Edgeworth can say to convince you into putting them in SSF2....But their poses are so awesome, they speak for themselves.  |

OK... seriously why don't you just write out the text with a text box? You can barely read it... do that first before you focus on anything else _________________ There are one million things Phoenix and Edgeworth can say to convince you into putting them in SSF2....But their poses are so awesome, they speak for themselves. |

I downloaded it virus free! This was probably made by a dev moderator or admin! You can trust them! Also how to put your name favorite character and stage etc is to click the button that leads you to the list of characters and stages and look at the number to it's left... you put that number into the prompt about the number of the character or stage put that number in... it should work! The name you just type in your name... to save the card as a picture you click the save button! Though I haven't used it in a while so i think you have to close the program and say yes if it asks to save! Then you got your card... to put it in your sig go tohttp://www.photobucket.com and make a free account and upload your picture and it will show in your playlist an IMG forum BB thing...
