Really nice, but the eyes don't look glowy. The only way I know how to make something glowy is using effects through fireworks, so I can't help you there. It looks nice nonetheless.

The trick is to make white circles. Then to jump down to medium gray and gently fade to black. Perhaps with a border of light gray around the white circles.
