Pretty much the title.

I would like it if we could make an option to have each persons sig only appear once per page. This way, people with long sigs who post several times in a topic wouldn't take up so much room/scroll down time.

This has proven a major problem when using mobile devices for me.

I like seeing others' sigs but not 8 times a page.

I agree with Kyuubit. the reason people have sigs is so that they can show them to other people and stuff like that. if you don't want to see them, then turn them off

You don't see them 50 times because pages aren't 50 posts long.

Deal with them or go into your profile and turn them off completely. Don't ask for a feature to be added to address an issue only you have

they do have add ons for scrolling ease and such on browsers like google chrome & firefox

On mobile devices, it's a pita. You probably don't use mobile devices often.

I like seeing sigs, but there's no need to see them multiple times on a page, especially if they are an obnoxious image.

personally, I think it would be annoying to see that some person has a sig on one page, and then when you scroll down, that same person doesn't have a sig...

maybe if there were a thing for mobile devices only where sigs aren't seen, but even that would be stretching it IMO.

It could be understandable if people would have an annoying or big sig,but there already are rules for that. Also, you can turn sigs off or adblock a sig from a particular person. Otherwise I think that your petition doesn't have any sense.

You'll have to turn off sigs in your profile if it's that much of a problem. I am not doing any mobile specific features to the forums right now, and this one in particular is problematic because it requires the user ids to be examined in each post to determine if it has shown up on the page yet. I haven't seen an extension for something like this for phpBB3 and it's a bit too complex for me to integrate myself
