Suggest a contest idea or go to another topic.
As for that Member of the Month thing, it could be like whoever contributed in some way the most that month. Maybe multiple ideas from this section of theirs got passed, maybe they got something useful done for SSF2, maybe they were just friendly and helpful around the forum, whatever.

No, i don't think member of the month could work very well as we don't have a solid and accurate way of measuring amount of contribution and as well as too many members too keep track of.

It could just be Cleod's decision. To be fair, not many members contribute, so it wouldn't be that hard. Whoever he's noticed helping out that month he could remember their name, and give them MoM.
