Bandana Dee is very well so. Nerf the recovery may be it the worst character in tier list

But it already is kinda bad as a recovery and I only use it if I don't have any other options. Down-B should restore jumps like Lloyd's.

It gets less vertical height then JUMPING. Why nerf it? You don't even play BDee. He should get it buffed if anything.

In Kirby this is a move where the parasol is spun downwards while doing a little hop
If done in the air it does his aerial down special: Parasol Dive
That's likely what he was thinking of when you said parasol twirl

Waddle Copter does have a risk reward ratio. He has no hitbox under him when he's in the air so and he sure as s*** isn't vulnerable.

Similarly, you are proposing nerfs to a character that is very solidly low tier. The character has literally got no kill setups and he dies super early to everything.

Please for the love of god actually lab s*** and lab the game before you start crying nerfs, because both your posts here and in the Tier List Discussion thread show that you have a very limited understanding of this game.
