Does Luigi still have his crawl? If so, how fast is it? It would be awesome as a mixup/movement option.
Also, does his sweetspotted Up-B still hurt like a truck?
What's the rate of misfiring?

I'm asking this because Luigi is not Luigi without em.

Ehh, 150% is a stretch imo, Luigi's Dthrow was sending Bowser pretty dang high.

He has his crawl, it's very slow but yes you have that movement option.

Sweetspot upb hurts. A lot.

I don't know offhand about the rate of misfiring, but I would imagine the odds are the same as Melee.

I can neither confirm nor deny this ability. Don't count on it being Ness/DK bthrow strong though.
