I haven't seen any of these here, so I thought I'd bring it.
Basically make a moveset for any character you want. Anyone or anything is game, as long as it is viable, so anyone from an anime, video game, cartoon, etc. is fine. Again, they have to actually be capable of fighting, so things from children's shows probably aren't the best idea.
You need to have at least filled out the following to post:
Character Name/Origin: Put the name of the character here, as well as the series they are from.
Background: Nothing too long. Just a basic outline to give us a reason they do what they do.
Neutral Special: The most basic attack, typically the main move the character uses. Origin: Why can they use this attack? Make sure to include this for every move, or else you might confuse people.
Side Special: Direction attack for the most part. More often than not a projectile or dash type move.
Up Special: Almost always the recovery (As in, they make you go up).
Down: A bit of a wild card. Counters, kicks, rocks. Make it fit.
FS: The ultimate attack! One super strong attack, a powerful combo, or just a hurtful slash, the Final Smash is hopefully a kill, so make it.
Special Notes: These aren't necessary, but if your character is a bit different, put that here. Do they fly/glide/hover? Do they get stronger/weaker over time? Don't put anything too overpowered, though.
