The plan was always to have about 3 chars in the first version.
The OP just mentioned some of the upcoming characters and stages, kinda like SSF2 revealed a good part of the roster and stages in its early days.
I think I overreacted. The show must go on.
(Besides, like half of the chars use reused assets from KSSU, I think I can handle it)

Does that mean that you're dropping some SSU helpers? I think that's a good idea just to use the most memorable.
BTW, I was on vacation 8-)
