And It wouldn't be as 'buggy' as you're predicting. It's be just as 'buggy' as any other stage.

You don't understand. You see only forward, you've got to look all around, including the sociological aspect.

Expansion anythings aren't as glamorous of an idea as they sound. You see, when this idea came into being, they launched the effort to make Expansions almost immediately. That was probably the dumbest move ever.

When you introduce a new "exciting" concept that offers more variety, it inversely draw so much attention and acclaim that it distracts people. Hard-working devs and normal users deviated to make expansions and because of that stunt, not only did we set the game back invariably, we also lost people to the idea of making characters that hold no importance to the game.

The smart move would be to actually wait until after all of that to begin forwarding expansions and making them. Even leaving all of these god-forsaken expansion forums up leaves as much trouble as anything else. If you guys sugarcoat the actual project by introducing all of these nifty features that draw away from the focus of the game, you slowly deteriorate the focus and fanbase away from actually getting it done to doing all these other things.

Do you get it?

That was then, and this is now. I'm more than educated on the way expansions came into being, and yes it was a somewhat... irresponsible approach, but you must look forward, and not dwell on the past.

The fact is, that expansions really arent being touched, besides the non devs and one or two developers. It's fine for those to run in the background.

Just a quick mention,
Lake Hylia, the islands should look more polygonal shaped like they do in the picture, not so round.

Considering the chances of an island that is geometrically round OR straight, what does it matter?

The fact is that the islands in lake Hylia are more polygonal than SD has atm.

Yeah but, if someone wanted to make a good version, they'd make a more realistic, less polygonal version. You know, not perfect circles of land and not explicitly straight lines?

It's supposed to be referencing the game, in which the islands are triangles, to represent the triforce...

How about you credit the people who made that machine from Porky (tSR Smash Bros project)? And I believe I've sen that Saki too, but I won't go in detail about that.
