Tourney starts at Sunday, 12th July at 11 PM CEST. Get a time calculator if you need one.
If you reach Top 8, SAVE YOUR REPLAYS AND PUT THEM AS ATTACHMENTS. These sets will be uploaded, and missing sets/mafches WILL have to be replayed.

With that out of the way, its officially time for Flash Royale II! This tournament also marks the beginning of the multiple monthly TSF tourney series.

- Counterpicks:

* Tower of Salvation
* Dreamland
* Wario Ware Inc.
* Mirror Chamber
* Dracula's Castle
* Castle Siege
* Jungle Hijinx

RULESET:
* Sets are played in the 4/8 format.
* Hazards, Items and Special Modes are all set to OFF.
* Sets are Bo3; Winners, Losers and Grand Finals are Bo5.
* Stalling is banned. Stalling is defined as running away from the fight purposely, going under a stage for other reasons than for recovering, abuse of Tethers/Rising Pund etc. Moving around the stage to get a better position is not Stalling.
* Infinites are capped at 150%.
* If the time runs out, the player with the most number of stocks left wins. If thats even, the player with less damage wins. If both stock number and damage are even, a 1 stock 3 minute tiebreaker is played on the same stage with the same characters.
* For Game 1, players use the 1-2-1 strikimg system to determine with stage they play on. The player hosting the room begins.
* Set procedure: Stage Striking - Game 1 - Winner may switch character - Loser may switch character -Winner strikes 3 stages - Loser declares  Counterpick stage - Game 2 - Repeat if neccessary until a winner is determined.
* Dave's Stupid Rule in affect; you may not choose the stage you last won on in the current set.
* Gentleman's Clause is in affect; players may skip stage striking and pick a stage right away if both players agree.
* Lag: If the game lags to the ppint of being unplayable, players may re-select a stage. If the game desynchs, a rematch is played. If the problem keeps occuring, contact the TO who will then determine the outcome of the remaining matches.
* Respect your opponent. This means no trolling/dicking ingame or in the IRC.
* Have fun!

I think this is the first time that the announcement of a tourney and the results are a double post... #WORLDRECORD Ahem... We done. We had 21 entrants whom I wanna thank here (at least the ones who showed up) and shoutouts to Wooly once again for kicking my a** at TOing and helping me (read: Taking the TO spot from me kappa) and shoutouts to Rem for running the last few sets.
