(BTW: By Patient I Don't Mean Just Standing Around Waiting For Them To Attack And Dodging...)

from what i forced myself to skim read there i don't really agree anyway, the level 9s are actually very easy to beat when you figure out the various nonsense they'll predictably do. the issue wasn't that they were too hard lol

Clearly you didn't read them. Kb told you it was hard to read, do you see anyone else typing like that? No, and for a good reason, not only is it slightly annoying to read, but people won't take you seriously, and as such will neglect to read your posts.

I heard it from smash corner and from the look of it, it's a useful tech when it comes to hitting with certain hitboxes, performing mind games and being able to edge guard with it.

Honestly I've Never Perfect Pivoted It's Really Hard for Me To Do So But Truth Be Told I've Only Tried Once Before Some Complications Arrived...

Most of the time, pivoting is really only useful when catching people with a tilt, or a grab. other than that, it's really not that useful. I haven't seen a single player in tournaments that uses it for spacing(edit), just for more fluidity with switching direction.
