Brought home Mario Kart 8 a couple hours ago, hooked it up to my 28" IPS monitor via HDMI. Wow this game is gorgeous. And the music! The remixed retro tracks! Too many good things to mention.

 I'm currently crying in the deepest hole of sorrow by reading all your Mario Kart 8 experiences. I got a chance to play it for the first time today on a Best Buy, and let me tell you that made me regret even more the f*ck up I did to my Wii U in January 10, 2013. In fact, as I'm writting this, a shiver pass through my body. The most beautiful Mario game I've ever seen. Control with the gamepad felt a bit weird at the beginning, but I get used to it very quickly. But the CPU in 1500cc is actually more aggressive, those bastards pestered me with items at no mercy, they just don't let you a chance to recover if you ever drop from the first place.  Well, for the next 15 minutes, I'll be listening to its awesome and catchy main theme. YouTube Video:
