Goku doesn't kill anyone in DBZ.
Piccolo killed Raditz. Vegeta killed Napa. Goku doesn't kill Vegeta.
Ginyu Force People. The green dude is killed by Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin. The red dude is killed by Vegeta. Vegeta kills the blue dude and the white dude. Ginyu turns into a frog. Goku doesn't kill Frieza, Trunks does. Trunks kills King Cold. Vegeta kills 19. Andriods kill 20. Cell kills androids (kinda). Gohan kills Cell. Bibidy and that one demon dude is killed by Buu. Buu is killed by the Spirit Bomb, not exactly by Goku, since the S bomb is energy from the Earth, not him.
Weird, isn't it? This bugs me. "OMG WE NEED GOKU IN ORDER TO KILL THIS DUDE! EVEN THOUGH HES DIED LIKE 3 TIMES, AND HE HASNT KILLED ANYBODY SINCE KING PICCOLO!"

Even though you can't spell the names =/
Recoome is punched in the stomach by Goku, and Burtur gets beaten up, and then Vegeta kills them both. So, in truth, Vegeta killed all members of the Ginyu Force.
It may not be DBZ, but he kills some movie villains, Shenrons, Baby and Super 17

Vegeta didn't kill Captain Ginyu. Teh planet esploded cuz of freza. So really, Frieza kills Ginyu.

Cell killed android 16
Gohan killed cell
Goku and vegeta killed shenron
Kid goku is a younger of goku so that counts.he killed tons of enemies on his way
