 Belt was fixed, but the foot still needs to not slide. It needs to bend or something rather than act like ice skates.

The foot needs to bend, not just slide. make it raise up and down, not just act like stone.

 Probably should redo this at some point...Take a close look at the foot of the bending leg. It moves up and down. The one you have simply slides side to side.

The front foot/leg should also move, this looks very unnatural.
Also the hands move very differently, this really makes the motion difficult to graps and it makes it overall seem very weird and 'off'. I suggest you review the motion of the back arm to increase likeness to Majora's Mask.
I really really really like the hat motion.

 Stomach is a bit still, and the sleeve shrinks. Might just be me, but I liked the old mask a bit better. This one's too colorful. Foot movement is FAR better.
