Ok. So this has been going on for awhile, maybe 1-2 months or something. I've been extremely easy to scare and startle. Like, the slightest noises make me jump, the slightest touches makes me scream, etc. But the very odd thing is I can go on like a roller coaster or something and not a unit of fear in my body. I mean, I can go on any roller coaster, face any person who's bigger than me, and stuff like that. Can anyone explain this? Is it just that I have an over-active imagination or some s*** like that?

Waifu: you get ONE guess
You're afraid because the things you describe take you by surprise. When your on a roller coaster you know what is gonna come up. When you face someone big guy in a fight you know the pain is coming. When someone touches you without you knowing or when you here a little noise out of no where that's when you get scared.
In other words you're afraid of surprises.

He described it as a case that has only been ongoing through a monthly period, it isn't something that has happened his whole life.
Anyway, the feeling of fear (without it being conditioned)usually comes from anxiety or tension.
Adding on what Ichigo has stated, I would like to ask whether any notable changes in your way of living that you can observe have caused increase of stress or tension. Perhaps the increased fear that you face can be related to such a factor.
