Guess I should "attempt" to make a guide for this character.

You can definitely go for it if you want, but I'm not sure what the point is in making a guide for a character that will hopefully be vastly improved once Beta rolls around. : /

I can already see Mr. Z's Guide.

If it whiffs, dash away evrytiem.
Getup attack evrytiem.
Go for Dairs offstage evrytiem.
SH Lazers for approach.
Mash tilts after getup.
Mash Jab when pressured.

Hmm, I guess i'll postpone that guide for the beta then. For now, I can list the simple stuff with Chibi.

Mr. Z wouldn't say to MASH jab, that'd be inefficient. Just hold jab to buffer it

I dunno, I notice that when I'm trying to smell fear and read while applying pressure by just running around you after landing hits, I get caught by Chibi jabs a lot. If it's accidental jabbing, you're pretty accident-prone. ;3

This is a really cool glitch I've found (Though somewhat useless). If you use Chibi's down special on Ichigo's neutral special, Samus's fully charged charge shot, or Tails neutral special (All of which tend to out prioritize most projectiles), and then get hit right before tossing them they'll remain on the stage. While they won't harm opponents, any projectile that they out prioritize will be destroyed upon making contact (If a projectile with similar priority comes into contact with them they'll be destroyed). I'm also curious why certain projectiles don't really work with Chibi's down special. Ness's PK fire just gets stuck in the air, and Naruto's clones basically get no range. Anyway... These tactic isn't really useful in a 1v1 situation (Though I could see this being done in doubles).

Yeah that works with any projectile. Also Chibi + BM = Best team

But the three projectiles I mentioned pretty much out prioritize all other projectiles. This can shut down Samus missiles, projectile abusing Link's, and so on. I'd also argue that Naruto plus Bomber Man is a better team. So much stage control! I should probably go talk about that.

The issue is that you're getting hit intentionally in order to set this up, and Chibi-Robo of all people really doesn't want that. Not to mention that whoever's projectile you stole can always clank yours out by making another one. I could see it having a really niche use in doubles, but even then you're leaving yourself and your teammate incredibly vulnerable in order to set up a trick that doesn't do a whole lot.

It's till a fun glitch, though, and useful for swag purposes. Plus, unless I'm mistaken, Black Mage can't shoot another Thundaga while your fake one is on screen, so it might be situationally useful in that matchup.
