Penguin has, HAS to be there to mislead us. Even if more Batman characters show, I will not believe for a single moment Penguin will show up as a playable character in this game in the main disk. If he is in, I wholly give everyone permission to hand my a** to me in as much an over the top fashion as I did when it was confirmed Tobi was not Madara.

According to a few scans and an OXM preview: the following characters are probably confirmed playable:
-Black Atom
-Raven (Teen Titans)
-Ares (Wonder Woman series)
-Shazam (mentioned the most in every scan/preview)

No indications of Lobo mentioned. Anyways, discuss!

Very Excited for Doomsday and Aquaman, two of DC's great heavy hitters I'm happy to see getting some respect.

... Are we actually supposed to call him Shazam now? I mean, I know in the relaunch he's Shazam, but for the last few decades, he's been Captain Marevel. Does DC still have the right to that name or no?

Richard Epcar is returning from MK vs DCU to voice Joker. He's still no Mark Hamill, but he doesn't sound too bad, a lot better than he did in that game

The plot is just starting to tick me off. Hinting that Superman is playing extermist and Batman playing freedom fighter. We've had plenty of Batman worship ever since Arkham Asylum. I love Batman and his cast and rogues, but for god's sake, I want Superman acting like freaking Superman.

It's like they're just ripping off Marvel's Civil War. Which itself stole elements from Kingdom Come. WHICH DID IT MUCH BETTER

I'm kinda hoping we get a special guest character like Cole MacGrath or Sgt. Rock. Kinda doubt it though, since the roster is quite big already, I don't think many more characters will be added.

Also, according to Eventhubs: Ed boon mentioned on twitter that previous teased DLC characters are confirmed. This means that penguin and Martian manhunter could both be confirmed

And really Boon? Reduce the great Jon Jonzz to DLC while you pad out the roster with more Batman characters? Considering ysou're packaging JL: Doom with this game, you should know full and well- WE WANT OUR DCAU JUSTICE LEAGUE! We want Manhunter and Hawkgirl damnit! Hell, I feel confident I'm not the only one who would have prefered Jon Stewart over Hal Jordan
