Since it has become a rule to not be able to double post, I suggest creating a post delete option. So if you double post, you can always delete one of them instead of getting warned for breaking a rule.

No it isn't. The only options on the bottom are profile, PM and REPORT THIS POST.
On top you have Edit and Quote. There's no delete.
