Just try visiting some other threads or sub-foruopems, if you're feeling down. It could cheer you up.
I hope a classic Nintendo character made it into Smash Flash 2, like Excitebike or Balloon Fighter. It'd be interesting to see how their game mechanics are incorporated into their moveset. |

Ok, that sounds actually good. My problem is that it would be heavier as DK and faster than Sonic if you think logical. It would need a very air dependent game, but having low jumps and a general bad air mobility to even that point. At least thats what I think^^ If you want to I could try to think of a moveset for him in the Expansion Characters Moveset speculation. I think Sukapon, Hikari/Donbe from Shin Onigashima or Takamaru would work well as Retro Characters.

I like those ideas, especially if they made the sprites based off their retro appearances, as opposed to, say, Takamaru's Dynasty Warriors appearance.

How about we talk about Lip from Panel de Pon? it's a smaller Nintendo series like Chibi Robo and Golden Sun, and her Lip Stick has a lot of potential for a unique playstyle.
I think she has a good shot of getting in. |

How about Doomguy? I always thought he would have an interesting moveset around his weapons. Plus if you are going to ever put an FPS character in, he's more Iconic than Master Chief.

I doubt there could be ANY character to represent FPS, mostly because all of them use the same formula: "you shoot, you jump, you explore, repeat". A formula that doesn't exactly matches with a fighting game where originality is required for a characterr's moveset. |
