Loading issue no percent showing up?

Loading issue no percent showing up?

i was playing smash flash and i got the new update. as i was playing online the game froze so i restarted it when i tried to restart all that appeared was %loading...
Is their a fix to this?

I've had it too after performing an online mode glitch but it worked after a while.
