And, like my other posts recently, it seems Mega Man's UpB can
also be used twice in a row, however he cannot do it by just using it 1 or so frames after jumping (my guess is that he just doesn't lose any rising momentum), you have to use it when landing instead
The best setup for this is jumping into a platform and using UpB at the peak of your jump (or right before landing if the platform is lower than a full jump's height), if you see dust particles appear around Megaman's feet when starting UpB, you've successfuly done the "requirements" for the tech (which is touching the ground during a recovery move that doesn't cause helplessness)
But don't let Mega Man naturally drop from the robot bird (forgot the name), you have to attack before he finishes his UpB in order to use it again (doing so afterwards does nothing)
Since this still takes away his air jump, it isn't all that helpful, but it does have super armor against weak knockback sooo.... it's something i guess
