Does anyone have Mario Party island tour? I was thinking about picking it up today so I could play with my sister, and my room mates once school starts. Is it s*** or is it worth buying?

No current Mario Party is worth buying anymore.

Revisit the older ones on N64 and Game Cube.

Haha thanks, and yeah I plan on going to best buy, getting bravely default and I was deciding over mario part or mario golf for the second game.

@TheRealHeroOfWinds, Mario Party 9 was so terrible, but this one looked a lot better in comparison. (Mario Party 10 looks bad too..)

Hate to break it to ya, but it'd be much easier to just buy one than try to find a "good" emulator.

You can convert hl3.exe into a 3ds emulator

Alright, after a binge of Evil Genius, Stronghold 2 and Prison Architect, I really feel the urge to play a game where I can, and this is gonna sound weird, organize... I loved setting up a castle town in stronghold 2, particularly the guards. I dunno why, but there's something just so damn appealing to me when I get to lay-out the roads and buildings of a town, and pick where the guards go. How they patrol, how they interact with the world... But that's a hard thing to find in games, that measure of control... Anyone got any suggestions?

It's probably an option you've already considered or tried, but you could give Dwarf Fortress a look. Couldn't ever get into it but it's certainly known for appealing to that organizational, micromanagement style. Fortress mode, anyway.
At the very least it's free so you can't go too wrong.
