I tried wine, I got maybe 5FPS. It was pretty bad. It could be Wine's compatibility with my computer.

We don't want to add anything else though. We're trying to get it out ASAP.
The only things left to code are finishing Online Mode and Falco.

The entire roster is public, ya know. The point of unlockables is to give you a challenge before getting to play as a character or on a stage.
We might secretly add characters later on, but since the entire "development" forum is public, it's not that difficult to figure out who's ready and likely to be added in the next demo.

Is the file size a lot bigger than 0.7's file?

Uh.
Well there's... 4 new characters adding up to about 12-14 MB of sprites and sounds, then the new .exe which is about the same size (~5MB), then 3 or 4 new stages and a couple of updated stages which add up to around 7 MB...
So all in all you can probably expect it to be at least 30MB larger than 0.7.

I would say 50-60.
