Why was ToS with FD and DS anyway a stage is a stage also it has platforms 3DS is smaller than FD anyways it might not be official but for X have ToS be his own man err stage

It was fused because the platforms provided no major change in play over FDS. The only real thing it changed was recovery mixups and some nooby camping.

The recovery mixups change the game immensely for me, as I use characters who have easily gimpable recoveries (BM and Bomber). Being able to switch between the ledge and those platforms is so crucial sometimes. Also the platforms make it a bit hard to chase offstage and spike when they're low enough. Maybe it's just me but on ToS I feel like every time I go for a spike the damn platform is right there in the way and I land on it. That also changes the game considerably for me. Another thing is 3DS can trap you under it. You will never get stuck under ToS. You will also never be stage spiked downward on ToS as far as I know, but can be on 3DS.

It is pretty clear the outcome of this discussion.

However I'd like to start another discussion. With the test patch having varying levels of success in one light or another and it being pushed out tomorrow (today?), will lag problems arise now considering 85% of entrants live in NA; and should some rules be changed to acquiesce to that? Now we won't truly know the lag issues with this build unless it's the exact same build (I don't think it is), but we can discuss based on what we know now.
