Basically my thoughts

I'm excited. I liked the first one for the most part, could've been overall designed better when it comes to the map display and such, but I liked it.
Here's hoping the 2nd one will be made better (and that phoenix wright will be in it)

less enemies

This is very true. Or make them not have such huge health bars when the bosses already have way too much

Things they definitely need to change with this new game:
Speed up enemy phases, reduce health bars if there's gonna be a lot of enemies,
more ways to attack and ultimately get through your unit turns quicker, and please for the love of god smaller maps

reducing healthbars won't fix very much, it's still equally tedious

Actually come to think of it its kinda suprising Ryu&Ken weren't in this first trailer, given how Ryu (and Street Fighter to an extend) usually plays a big role in Capcom-related crossovers. His 'counterparts' Akira and Jin Kazama were in there as well, but I figure they probably wanted to focus moreso on new characters like Tekken's Kazuya.
