Has anyone ever considered implementing a chat in the forum? Or outside of the forum? o-o

Many, many times. Unofficial attempts never pan out-I tried personally on several occasions--, and Cleod is vehemently against starting up something official.
On the bright side, this fair fora is exactly the same thing- the pace is just slowed down, and there's all kinds of goodies compared to an IRC channel or similar. Appreciate what you have~ |

It takes literally 5 seconds to set up a chatango, it's just not ideal/wanted,
