Hmm, where to start...

-Once again, the story is pretty meh. The soliloquies-er soliloquy was pretty boring. It may just be me- but I believe that the script should be more vividly written, I've noticed that you started posting the script for each episode, so I'll have to pick that apart next time.

-The fights have gotten better, but not every episode needs a fight, a good story can keep an episode moving fairly well, and at least one almost all dialogue episode would paint out the world you seem to pay very little attention to in the flash itself very well.

- The voice acting seems really off, the quality of each sound clip is fairly low and to make matters worse it doesn't seem to fit in to well in most scenes.


I'd have to watch it again to find some of the smaller issues, but for now that's all I can think of in general.
