10,000 coins. This means that you need to complete at least a thousand races since you can only have a maximum of ten in each race. The Gold Tires are unlocked by beating all the staff ghosts in time trials and the Gold Body is unlocked by getting at least one star in every Grand Prix. _________________

Yeah getting 10,000 coins will be tough, especially when there's no OPTIONS MENU to show me how many coins I have or you know, change options. Since when was no options a thing?

Well all I'm really saying is that having options to maybe turn down some effects if they come across as too strong like motion blur or bloom effect, some sounds like that 1st place added drum beat I hate so much, being able to turn down/up or off music and sounds in general... the basic stuff isn't even there. I'm not necessarily complaining, it's just very strange.

Me my brother and my cousin just did a marathon of every stage with the Vs mode custom set-up and it was Agonizing for them by the time we got to the classic stages

I'm not fan of DLC, but I swear if this rumor is truth, the shots are verdict and this gets confirmed tomorrow at E3, my hole of sorrow will be deeper.  First, non-Mercedes Benz, DLC for Mario Kart 8! Diddy Kong, E. Gad (looks weird in shot), Plessie, Kamek and Birdo are playable! in addition to two new, returning, battle modes!  That's DLC I'd be pron to pay! But it's only a rumor, a pretty well done one but still in subject to be fake... _________________ So long, McLeodGaming Forums...

I'd be all for Kamek and E.Gadd being playable since they're 2 unused beta characters from 64 and DS but Plessie would make NO sense.
Even if it is fake, there's still hope.

The leak claims that there's new battle modes and five new characters. That picture shows that one of the leaked images is a manipulated version of another picture, with the new footage placed over the original footage.
