max, perish song is only effective for one turn for the pokemon who heard it. anyone after that is fine...
shade, its not impossible to have more than one of the same pokemon.

OOC: anyone can join at any time, just send out a pokemon.
*heals all pokemon to battle other people now and returns whatever pokemon i had out erlier*
