[Question] CS4 Flash Movie clips.

Alright, So I'm having trouble getting a movie clip to move by pressing the right arrow key while playing another movie clip. I know I have the code correct.(I have already received help before) but I think it has something to do with the way I used layers. Help would be appreciated. If it helps Ill put the file here.
