Rules are fairly simple, you may only post after 5 users. It goes like this;
You start with the first letter in the alphabet, the A. You have to give the minister's cat a name with that letter.
EXAMPLE:
The Minister's Cat is an Anxious cat.
The next poster has to make another word different from the first word.
EXAMPLE:
The Minister's Cat is an Anxious cat.
The Minister's Cat is an Awesome cat.
And so on. If you use a word that is already used, the next poster has to ignore it. If you can't think of another word, you simply don't post or you start posting with the second letter. (Which is the B in this case.) When we arrive at the last letter, the Z, the game is over. I will start!
