Hard to argue with those clips, and them being short videos supports the ESRB theory, along with the fact they had to send photos of the lewd trophies to adjust the rating. Still there is the remote posibility they just photoshopped everything and made the clips with Brawl mods and clever edition, but I doubt it is the case
