Bair isn't bad, it sends opponents at semi spike and kills at like 130%. Tbh Ness's worse aerial is Nair and aside from that Ness has a solid air game.

Id gladly trade a bair power increase for a uair decrease.

And 130 is crap when you have to sweetspot it in the first place.

Ness's nair is actually really underrated, it comes out fast and better than using your double jump to escape combos.

Only I'd rather three hit instead of one in the Dash Attack?

I'd love that too. Could have more uses than the current dash attack, popping opponents up for aerial follow ups.

If you take 24% from one PK Fire then your not DI/SDIing.

In PM I could reach far with a DJC'd Bair, but in Flash 2 I have no horizontal momentum that extends the bair slightly further. Bair is really missing the killpower it should have and Nair needs at least a slight buff in range. In other Smash games Ness' Nair is a pretty safe move due to it's decent range.

If you want max damage for PK Fire, use DThrow after hitting with it while they're in the fire.
Nails you an easy 32%

Agreed.
Your Marth is pretty good too.
I like the use of the PK Thunder as an offensive option. Was that done using shield?

I'm pretty sure Ness's bair has sweetspot just as someone stated.
