Hm, maybe the return of Mega Man X? I actually thought he was getting revealed for SSF's 10th anniversary but he wasn't so yeah. X. (Zero is kind of unlikely, but would still love to see him come back).

Seriously talking, I would actually love to have Ephraim and Eirika from The Sacred Stones as one character (although not like Ice Climbers, something like Zelda and Shiek but they change instantly so they can build up combos).
It's ridiculous, but it can work, right?

While I KNOW this is a VERY unpopular opinion (to say the least), I'd hope that Pichu (alongside Charizard, of course) will break out of their PokeBalls soon so they can be playable.
