It's a place where newbies can ask questions, like if they have questions about certain rules, then they can ask questions and wait for someone to help them. So, what do you think?

The section allows users to answer other users questions, to give the Mods, Mods and Admin a break

I don't get what that has to do with anything. It's very clear what the rules are in that topic.
And iirc Kiki was the one who typed that (definetely not Ramsey, he can't ban people).
