Got shot with a pellet was probably my worst...
Broke only 3 bones so far so thats not important..
Had a massive gash in my knee when I was young at one point. Took a bunch a stiches, you can still see the area where the skin covered them.
Not much in my life .-.

Oh, I've split my chin open when I was 4. I remember everything from the moment it happened until I got to the hospital for stitches.

Sliding down a really steep slope on my belly, I was doing about 13MPH and I stopped about a metre from falling down a 12 foot gap head first.

I almost choked on a hot dog in my school's cafeteria.
One kid noticed that I was panicking and had my hands around my throat. He asked me if I was okay, but then he walked away before I could "answer".
