Shuttle Loop defiantly needs to get more vertical distance, it travels like half of the distance compared to sm4sh... |I think.

I'm also glad that up-b was changed. \Th glide felt very useless imo, and he needed a better vertical recovery move.

tfw Beta chars have a bigger thread than Meta Knight


Propably a silly question, but how exactly does Nair work regarding the sweet/sourspot transition? I have experienced quite often that I land an early SH Nair at well above 80%, only to have the sourspot kick in afterwards and ruin my day by letting them live for another 10-50%. This is obviously super bad if first hit Nair wouldve taken the stock, but Ive also lost several potential edgeguard opportunities to that issue. Is that simply a matter of my (lack of) spacing correctly? Has anyone else run into this or am I being a special snowflake again?

Nair has 2 separate hits, and if they are close enough to get hit by the second hit, then that's what happens. To get only the first hit, the goal is for them to be out of the way of the second hit by the time it comes. If you are close to them, then the knockback from the first hit might not be enough to get them out of the way of the second hit. Likewise, if you are quickly moving forward, you might be moving with the direction of their knockback and thus they won't be out of the way of the second hit. Naturally, spacing further from your opponent means they have to travel less distance to avoid the second hit and therefore it is easier to get only the second hit.
