Ok, so if i were to join a match, i would go to the waiting room. When I'm in the waiting room, the game loads, but when supposedly it loads, the game freezes. No matter how much I try, the game freezes. On mozilla firefox, the same thing happens. I can't play, it freezes when I'm supposed to be sent in the game. Help, adobe is at the max version and I don't have multiple versions of adobe.

Hi, I had this same problem, make sure you have peer assisted networking turned on in adobes global settings.
I also recommend that you use the downloaded version of the game as its much faster in almost every aspect.

If you insist on using the browser version, simply left click the ssf2 game. Click global settings and find the "Global storage settings panel" and click the last tab in the tiny window and turn on peer assisted networking it will prompt you when you next open the game to allow it, say yes. and you're done.

If you want to download the game, the same needs to be applied but you can do it by left clicking the application and clicking global settings, goto the playback tab and enable peer assisted networking, then restart ssf2, you'll be prompted just the same.

If this fix works for you, post here saying so, if it doesnt then wait for a developer to help you out.
