Maybe its one big sexual reference.

Lay is colloquial for "have sex with". Cradles are for babies, which are the outcome of sex.
I read somewhere that s**** contains like 1.5 MB of data, so that could be "cradle of knowledge".
Sac could be an allusion to testicles, while bird... uhh...
