No. If the owner of the copyright did not distribute the source himself then you cannot modify the game in any way without consent. I can guarantee you do not have consent. Therefore what you are doing is illegal. Taken from wikipedia: "Closed source is a term for software whose license does not allow for the release, modification, or distribution of the software's source code." Again, what you are doing is illegal, nothing you can/will say will help you in any way. And insulting the site because nobody is here at 6:20 AM (Local Time) to answer your demands? Are you insane?

Nothing will change failure of a troll. What you are doing is illegal, and it's final. The law's not changing for you. And there is definitely no loopholes. We can do this forever. stop or get sued. If said picture is subject to licensing and or copywriting then yes it would be illegal. Also, we aren't going to be the only ones in court. Look who the defendant is.
