I like the angle you drew her head at
makes it feel more dynamic? or something along those lines
same with the folds in the dress showing that she has thighs under there lol
not too fond of the shoes though they look a bit blocky, like the areas around the bottoms are sharply shifting direction to create their form

I like it, alot of improvements that make it look better overall, although I feel like shading on the face could make it fit in a bit more compared to the other parts of the sprite.
