Now, I know that people think my sigs are nice. But this is just too far. People have been taking my designs without permission Example 1 Example 1: show Example 2 Example 2: show This is now out of control and I would like at least somebody to take action. I have personally asked a user to remove it, alas, to no avail. _________________  Parents - Ray fletcher, Blue Mage(?) It is really sad that people can't be creative but unfortunately your design isn't being used for something official =/ and you should take it as a complement.
In my opinion they should have asked you definently but its hard to tell whether not the rules would apply to it. _________________  |

It is quite aggravating as an artist to have someone use an idea that you have poured your happiness into and they trample all over it And the very least they could do is ask Heck, jeez, I rarely say no and even then it'll be for a good reason And the worst thing is, that the stuff that they've used it for looks absolutely atrocious! _________________ Parents - Ray fletcher, Blue Mage(?) Actually i'm going by law which is a hell of a lot more official then forum rules, and where the hell do you think almost 70% of our crap comes from in the world?
Ya others peoples ideas. These aren't stolen because CardCaptor didn't make them specifically but simply created the concept therefore NOT stealing just expanding or "Making it their own" Therefore not breaking the law and just the rule, this might not even break the rules because its something so insignificant but just really annoying and frustrating to the original creator. On the topic of you calling me a "Dumbass" seriously what grade are you in? You need to grow up quite a bit I was just simply stating my opinion on the subject. It's like me saying: You like the Lion King? Wow your a dumbass. And yes CardCaptor they fail indeed. _________________ |
