When summoned, she'll start saying her infamous "HEY! HEY! HEY! LISTEN! LISTEN! HEY!" continuously forever and ever until the game ends (she never warps away like other AT's).
The effect? Players will no longer be able to control their character and characters will automatically attempt to run off the stage and suicide in order to escape the hell inducing noise (Link does it more effectively), therefore deducing the winner out of who kills themselves last.
And if you somehow have never heard the torture before, listen to the vid below. And imagine the words replaying as fast as Sanic can run.
