 ....I hate this conversation....... LISTEN!!!! Sonic CD receive positive reviews for its innovative time-travel based gameplay, presentation and music. The game even got higher scores and rank. It's just that...Sonic CD failed to emulate the commercial succes due to the failure of Mega-CD. My conclusion: It was a great game.

My conclusion: You've either never played Sonic CD (and judging by how you copy-pasted something from Wikipedia instead of giving an actual opinion, it sure seems like it) or you have s*** taste in video games.
