Hi, I want to do stuff with flash like great affcts and all with my web designing, but I am clueless of what FREE flash program to get. I don't want a flash program that is just a trial, a real one. Please tell me all the stuff the program does and list a link thanks.

Look dude, first of all, this forum is not a place for you to get your stuff. Now that it had been settled, let me help you.
I do believe there is one program which can work with flash, but I'm pretty sure it sucks, hard time. The best program for working with flash is macromedia flash itself, but macromedia flash is not a freeware, so you'll have to pay a lot of money to use it (600 U$S) in the way you should -legal one-.
If you are not able to afford that, I really suggest you to use other things to create websites (Such as webcreating program, C++, etc.), and using game maker or some tools of the sort to create games.
