I like the hands, but it looks really cluttered and messy.
I never had any intention of making him super evil looking, because in my eyes, Jibber is just insane, not a cold blooded killer.

I'll try making another sprite and see where it goes.

John and Super Zak (the first two) are blue because they are in game. Why they aren't in the rips, I don't know.

Updated these two.

Extra Bonus:
Two beta characters that weren't actually in the game. I named them Colossus and Jack.
The placing in the NES sprites isn't the correct placing. I made it more like the characters they would likely be modeled on. (Titan for Colossus, and Jack was really just random due to being a clown.)

Now thats alot better!

Stop pillowing your hair! See how the strands are indicated by the shading on the Maplestory one? It adds depth and texture.
I'd suggest trying that first. Some darker grays in your palette would be neat too.

Best way to go about it now is to grab lots of reference bub. Like, try to find a JUS character with similair clothing, and take a good look at that. Observation usually leads to understanding.

After I perfect this, I plan on making my first skeletoned animation.
