I forgot what is my screensaver since I'm still using this old computer and so I use Safe Mode With Networking.

So every thing is black expect the stuff I'm suppose to see and like a code is at the top and bottom.

My desktop has no icons/shortcuts, I got rid of them all. The things you see there are a part of my Rainmaker theme.
The Taskbar isn't hiding, I've got a program called TaskbarEliminator which, as the name implies, lets me totally remove my taskbar with alt+t. I can bring it back with the same shortcut.

btw i fixed up my desktop so that the bar on the left extends all the way to the top. looks less ugly now.

You don't need to know any programming to be able to use Rainmeter, it's just to tweak it more than it already can be

Exactly. I'm the kind of person that wants things exactly the way they want them, and if they aren't, they'll make it themselves. And I can't do that if I don't know how.
