I fell down the stairs... 3 times.

1. Someone pushed me on purpose which cause me to fall down the stairs.
2. Walking around a wet floor in school and I slipped and fell down the stairs.
3. I tripped down 3 flights of stairs when I was on vacation.

When I was five and didn't know how to tie my shoes, I was getting ready for school by the stairs... but I slipped on my laces and somersaulted down the stairs. I'm surprised my neck isn't broken.
